I do not normally write reviews but these speakers deserve a response! I was on a train back from town, and I had some car magazine and saw this on them. Later, in an ordered set, along with some adapter brackets so they could go in the front doors of my 96 Explorer (usually 6x8 "Speakers lasts). Let me tell you, these speakers were the best buy I ever made! The The sound quality is amazing too, I have to run a 800 watt sound storm force and later fired. Very high, but very clear! The height is shiny and smooth as silk and there are actually some very good deep mid-bass! It's like a one-day break in period because I have connected the first day they would cut the tweeters too quickly, but after the next few days, never the cut! I've heard Alpine Type S and R components, and some other Infinity and Kicker components and these components EFX speakers blow the others out of the water!
